Meet your physio
Chelsea Lee
Doctor of Physiotherapy, University of MelbourneHi, I’m Chelsea!
I’m the physio behind Reset Physiotherapy Brunswick, and I’m passionate about helping people get back to the things they love. That might be your Sunday walk, a bouldering session, a kick of the footy with friends, or getting through the workday without a sore neck.
I have a special interest in neck pain and headaches, which are really common for anyone who spends long hours at a desk. I also love treating the full range of aches, pains and sports injuries, from stiff backs and sore shoulders to niggly knees and running injuries. I’ve spent time working pitch-side with a local footy club, and I bring that same practical, hands-on experience into the clinic.
I completed my Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne. Alongside my studies I worked as a disability support worker, and I’ve built up years of hands-on experience through hospital placements and private practice. I’m also qualified in DMA Clinical Pilates and APA dry needling.
For me, good care starts with getting to know you, not just the injury in front of me. My approach is holistic and built on paying attention to what matters to you, so your treatment fits your life, your goals and the things you want to get back to.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me with a book, at the pottery studio, or hanging out with my cats!
Why did I start Reset?
I started Reset because I wanted to offer the kind of physio I’d want for myself: unrushed, hands-on, and focused on the person rather than just the problem. Too often people leave an appointment feeling rushed, without anyone explaining what’s going on or why it matters.
At Reset, I take the time to listen, explain things in plain language, and work with you on a plan that suits your life. You don’t need to be an athlete to see a physio. Most of the people I see are everyday people who just want to move more comfortably and feel like themselves again. Sometimes your body just needs a reset, and I’d love to help you find yours.
